COD Policy

Urban Trend offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across all pin codes in India. Here are the terms and conditions for COD orders.

COD ELIGIBILITY

COD is available for all orders across India with no minimum order value.

Orders can be placed via our website at urbantrend.in.

COD PROCESS

Order Placement: Select COD as your payment method during checkout.

Verification Call: Our team may call you to confirm your order within 24 hours.

Dispatch: Once verified, your order is dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Delivery: The courier partner will collect payment at the time of delivery.

Payment Method: You can pay in cash to the delivery executive. Some couriers may also accept UPI at delivery.

COD LIMITS

Maximum COD Order Value: Rs. 5,000 per order

If your order exceeds this limit, please use prepaid payment methods.

RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) POLICY

In case of failed COD delivery:

1st RTO: Free return. We will call you to reschedule.

2nd RTO: A reshipping fee of Rs. 50 will apply.

3rd RTO: Order will be cancelled and amount deducted from future orders.

We reserve the right to block COD for customers with repeated RTOs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- COD is not available for bulk/wholesale orders
- COD orders require a valid mobile number for delivery confirmation
- In case of product returns, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI within 5-7 business days
