How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge. Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Are all products 100% authentic?
Yes, absolutely. Urban Trend has been in the cosmetics business since 1975. Every product we sell is sourced directly from brands or their authorised distributors in India. We do not deal in grey market or counterfeit goods — our reputation over 50 years depends on it.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 98765 43210 and we will arrange a free pickup. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000 across most pin codes. A handling charge of ₹49 applies. COD availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pin code.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email for real-time updates.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement, before they enter processing. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 98765 43210 for urgent requests.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is something we are working on — please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
How do I apply a promo code?
Enter your promo code in the "Discount code" field at checkout before completing your order. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging and send it to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
