Coenzyme Q10Benefits, how to use & safety
Cellular energy in a jar, with gentle anti-ageing support.
What is Coenzyme Q10?
Coenzyme Q10 is a compound your body naturally makes to produce cellular energy, and levels in skin fall with age. As a topical antioxidant, it supports skin that looks tired or early-ageing and pairs well with other antioxidants.
How it works
CoQ10 helps mitochondria in skin cells produce energy and also neutralises free radicals. Research suggests it can reduce the appearance of fine lines around the eyes when used consistently, although effects are subtle compared with retinoids.

Frequently asked
Is CoQ10 better than retinol?
No. Retinol has stronger evidence for wrinkles. CoQ10 is a gentler antioxidant that can complement a routine.
Can I use CoQ10 around the eyes?
Yes, many eye creams include it for fine lines, as it is gentle.
Does taking CoQ10 supplements help skin?
Oral studies are limited. Topical products act directly on skin, but neither replaces sunscreen.
