50 Years of Solving
India's Beauty Problems
A family store in Sirsa. A promise never broken. Half a century of real solutions for real skin.
A Father's Promise in Sirsa
In 1971, a cosmetics store opened in Sirsa, Haryana with one rule: never sell a woman something that won't work. Manish Jain grew up inside that promise — learning the craft from his father, absorbing the values, and understanding that the real product was never the cream or the serum. It was trust. Every customer had a real problem. They deserved a real answer. They still do.
That promise has never changed. Through five decades, every trend, every competitor, every platform — we have survived because we never compromised on authenticity. Not once. Not for any margin.
"In over 55 years — my father's legacy and mine — not a single fake product has left this store. That is not marketing. That is who we are."
— Manish Jain · Founder, Urban Trend · Sirsa, 1971Featured in the Economic Times Power of Ideas series. Serving customers across India for five decades. Today, we carry 100+ trusted brands — O3+, WOW, Mamaearth, L'Oréal, and more — sourced directly from brands and authorised distributors. No grey market. No fakes. No shortcuts.
55 years. 4 million customers. 135 countries. Not one counterfeit product. Not one grey-market shortcut. Every item sourced directly, with documentation. Global scale has not moved this standard one millimetre.
We stock only what works on Indian skin tones, in Indian climate, in Indian humidity. No product enters our store without being tested for Indian skin concerns first.
We are not a funded startup with VC money and fake urgency. We are a 55-year-old family business. No venture capital. No exit strategy. We pioneered Indian beauty e-commerce, built a global presence across 135 countries, and the only thing that has never changed is the standard. That accountability does not age. It deepens.
