At Urban Trend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we make returns simple and fast.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted, so please check your order promptly upon receipt.
Eligible Items
- Products that are unused and unopened
- Products in original packaging with all seals intact
- Products with original invoice / order confirmation
- Damaged or defective products (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Wrong product received
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Discounted / sale items (unless defective)
- Intimate or personal hygiene products
- Gift cards and vouchers
How to Return

Share a photo of the product in its original condition. For damaged/defective items, share photos clearly showing the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address within 2–3 business days. You do not need to ship it yourself.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Methods
Refunded to the original credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking account within 5–7 business days.
Refunded to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS. Please share your bank details when raising the return request.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get the fastest possible resolution.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
