Returns and Refunds

At Urban Trend, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we have a fair and transparent return policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:

- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
- The product is unused with original packaging intact
- Seals and tags are not tampered with

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

- Used makeup products (lipsticks, foundations, mascaras)
- Opened skincare products
- Hair care products once opened
- Beauty tools used without original packaging

HOW TO RETURN

Step 1: Contact us at support@urbantrend.in within 7 days with your Order ID and issue details

Step 2: Share clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product

Step 3: Our team will verify and approve the return within 24-48 hours

Step 4: We will arrange a pickup from your address at no extra cost

Step 5: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after quality check

REFUND METHOD

- Prepaid Orders: Refund via original payment method or UPI
- COD Orders: Refund via Bank Transfer or UPI
- Store Credit: Get instant store credit with 10% bonus for future purchases

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we offer a free exchange.

The replacement will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your product arrives damaged due to courier mishandling:

1. Do not accept the package
2. Inform the courier to return it
3. Contact us immediately with photos
4. We will send a replacement at no extra cost

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items
- For change of mind returns, return shipping charges of Rs. 75 will be deducted from refund
- Sale/Clearance items are non-returnable unless defective
