SHIPPING TIMELINE

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched the same day or next business day.

Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 499
Standard Shipping: Rs. 75 for orders below Rs. 499

Note: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details.

To track your order:
1. Visit our Track Order page
2. Enter your Order ID and registered mobile number
3. Get real-time updates on your shipment

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We partner with trusted courier services including Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, and Blue Dart to ensure timely delivery.

COD AVAILABILITY

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all pin codes. COD orders may have a slight processing delay of 24-48 hours for verification.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
- Failed delivery attempts (incorrect address, recipient unavailable) will incur re-delivery charges
- If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order
