Orders & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹5,000). All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Shipping

We ship across India to 27,000+ pin codes. Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Urban Trend is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Damaged or defective items are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Product Authenticity

All products sold on Urban Trend are 100% authentic, sourced from brands or their authorised Indian distributors. If you receive a product you believe is not authentic, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Intellectual Property

The Urban Trend name, logo, and website content are the property of Urban Trend and protected under Indian intellectual property law. Product images and descriptions are used with permission from brand owners.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
